kartenmacherei, part of celebrate company, is the leading e-commerce provider for beautiful and personalized stationery products in the DACH region. As part of the celebrate company, we also inspire customers throughout Europe with our other brands such as Atelier Rosemood and faireparterie.

We’re looking for a Team Lead SEA (m/f/d) to drive profitable growth across our brands: kartenmacherei, Atelier Rosemood, and faireparterie. In this role, you will lead our international SEA team (4 team members across Germany, France and UK), shape our overall SEA strategy, and contribute directly to campaign execution within one of our product-focused business units.

The position is available remotely within Germany or from one of our offices in Hamburg, Munich, or Villingen-Schwenningen, and requires a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Your role

• Strategic responsibility for SEA channel across kartenmacherei, Atelier Rosemood, and faireparterie - including team leadership, performance-focused campaign development, and continuous channel improvement (e.g. AI, PMAX)

• Functional leadership of our international SEA team (4 team members in Germany and France), fostering ownership, experimentation, and professional growth

• Cross-functional collaboration and contribution as member of one of our business units, including hands-on execution and optimization of SEA campaigns in alignment with unit goals

Your profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C performance marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Shopping, and Microsoft Ads

• First leadership experience combined with deep channel expertise, and solid knowledge of Google Analytics, feed management, reporting, and dashboarding tools

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) required for daily operations and team collaboration; French is a plus!
