As Team Lead Production – Photobook Division (m/f/d), you will lead a growing team and ensure smooth production processes in the photobook division. You will ensure product quality, foster the development of your team, and drive process improvements. In collaboration with the department leadership, you will optimize workflows and further develop the production environment.

Your role

• Leadership and organization of the photobook production to ensure the smooth manufacturing of our high-quality products and drive continuous process improvements

• Ensuring the technical availability of all machines and the provision of sufficient consumables to guarantee the outstanding quality of our books and their timely completion

• Supporting and developing the team through solution-oriented coaching with a focus on personal and professional growth

• Contributing ideas for optimization and supporting department leadership with shift and vacation planning

Your profile

• Experience in leading a team or a strong sense of responsibility and leadership potential

• Strong technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work

• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
