As our Team Lead People Operations (m/f/d), you’ll help shape the backbone of our People Services function across Germany and France. Leading a talented team of five, you’ll scale People Operations, drive innovation and digitalisation, and ensure compliance across the function.

Your role

• Shape and scale People Operations across Germany and France, building the foundations for sustainable growth in a fast-scaling tech environment

• Lead and develop an international People Services team (5 people), fostering cross-border collaboration and growth

• Drive HR digitisation and process automation, leveraging data and technology to enhance efficiency and employee experience

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance while acting as a trusted partner to leaders, enabling pragmatic, data-driven HR solutions aligned with company growth

Your profile

• 3–5 years’ experience leading People Services / HR Operations teams in an international environment

• Deep knowledge of German employment law and HR administration (French expertise a plus), with business-fluent German and English (written & spoken)

• Demonstrated success leveraging HR tech, AI, and process optimisation to design and implement scalable, real-world solutions
