We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to own and elevate end-to-end recruiting across our teams – from tech and design to business, finance, and service.
You can work flexibly from home but should be open to joining our team at our Hamburg or Munich office once or twice a fortnight as well.
Your role
End-to-end ownership of recruiting for up to 10 roles across Tech, Design, Business, Finance, and Service functions – including active sourcing
Building strategic hiring partnerships by advising and constructively challenging hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Driving continuous improvement of processes, standards, and touchpoints using funnel data and KPIs to boost speed, quality, and candidate experience
Leading and contributing to talent acquisition and cross-functional projects within the People Unit

Job requirements
Your profile
3+ years of experience in recruiting, including exposure to tech roles; ideally with a background in e-commerce or digital environments
Confident handling of ATS tools, AI applications in recruiting, and Google Sheets for data tracking and process optimization
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) to effectively manage candidate and stakeholder communication within our organization
Your mindset
