We’re looking for a Senior People Development Manager (m/f/d) to take end-to-end ownership of our feedback, performance, and learning initiatives across all brands and locations at celebrate. You’ll support a diverse organization of around 400 employees across six locations in two countries – from blue-collar roles in production to tech, design, and business teams. The role is available at 30–40 hours per week and offers remote work within Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration.
Your role
End-to-end ownership of our people development processes – from feedback and performance to learning, career, and succession
Continuous evolution and company-wide adoption of development initiatives tailored to both remote teams and our production site
Building and embedding a sustainable learning culture across all brands and locations
Acting as a trusted advisor to leads and employees, ensuring engagement, clarity, and impact in people development topics

Job requirements
Your profile
Proven experience in people development (feedback, performance, learning) with a minimum of four years, ideally in agile and international environments and across different levels: from production teams to leadership
Strong project management skills with a track record of independently driving initiatives from concept to implementation, ideally in a remote-first setup
Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
Your mindset
Pragmatic – You work independently, focus on practical solutions, and drive initiatives forward with clarity and ownership, even in ambiguous situations.
Energetic – You enjoy a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities with focus and flexibility.
Empathetic – You connect easily with others and tailor your communication to different audiences, from the board to team leads and employees across diverse backgrounds.
