We're looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Brand Growth & Activation team and help grow influencer marketing into a core revenue channel focusing on our brands kartenmacherei and Atelier Rosemood in the DACH region. You'll bring deep expertise and drive key parts of the channel's strategy and execution — with real space to professionalize, scale, and help shape influencer marketing as a high-potential growth driver. This role is remote within Germany.

The yearly salary range for this position is € 58.900 - € 80.000 (Senior).

Your role

• Develop and manage creator partnerships end-to-end, from scouting and negotiation through contracting and ongoing relationship nurturing across our brands

• Take over established activities (mainly on Instagram) while expanding into further channels (e.g. TikTok, YouTube), including channel testing, creator segmentation and budget allocation to scale the channel into a core revenue driver

• Drive end-to-end campaign management including briefing, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization based on data insights

• Act as a senior expert and sparring partner across the team and cross-functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Creative, fostering an AI-first, experiment-driven culture

Your profile

• 4+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience in eCommerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands, including proven success in scaling campaigns profitably

• Deep platform expertise (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Fluency in German and English; French is a plus

• Hands-on – You roll up your sleeves, move quickly from strategy to execution, and iterate based on real-world results—without waiting for perfect plans.

• Relationship-driven – You build genuine, long-term creator partnerships and treat influencer relationships as strategic assets, not one-off transactions.

• Analytically curious & AI-first – You dig into performance data, challenge assumptions with numbers, and default to AI-supported tools to work faster, scale sourcing and reporting, and sharpen strategic decisions.
