We're looking for a Production Support Coordinator - Quality & Service (m/f/d) to take ownership of complaints, reprints, and returns at the intersection of production and customer service. You combine structured communication with hands-on decision-making, ensuring that information flows cleanly and cases are resolved efficiently. This role sits within the QA team in Villingen-Schwenningen and reports to the Quality & Project Manager.

Your role

  • End-to-end management of reprints, credits, and escalation cases – from decision-making through execution to complete documentation

  • Coordination of daily information flow between production, Heads of Department, and the service team to ensure a consistent processing status across all parties

  • Receipt, assessment, and GDPR-compliant handling of returns across all brands, including international cases and Swiss customs processing

  • Maintenance of returns documentation, tracking of open cases, and proactive root cause analysis to reduce error rates

Job requirements

Your profile

  • Experience in operational order processing, complaints handling, or quality assurance, ideally in a production or e-commerce environment

  • Confidence in structured documentation and handling of data-sensitive processes

  • Native-level German and advanced English skills

Your mindset

  • Ownership – You follow every case from the initial request through to final resolution, make independent decisions, and escalate in good time when needed.

  • Structured – You document decisions and next steps so clearly that colleagues in production and service can pick up and continue without follow-up questions.

  • Quality-conscious – You work carefully and traceably, even under high volume and time pressure, never losing sight of data protection requirements or critical details.
