Product Designer (m/f/d)

celebrate is a brand group with the mission to turn beautiful moments into lasting memories throughout Europe: with high quality stationery, photo products and special gift items. 

To develop our card and photo product creation tool. We are looking for a Product Designer (m/f/d), who will be a true architect of the user experience, guaranteeing the coherence and effectiveness of digital interfaces.

This position can be based in Nantes (Rosemood) or on a full remote basis in France.

Your role

• Conduct user research in collaboration with the team: In close partnership with the Product Manager, leading interviews, testing, and analysis to uncover user needs, expectations, and pain points—providing solid foundations for product decisions.

• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to explore and validate hypotheses: Co-designing solutions with PMs and Engineers, from early exploration to the delivery of useful, usable product experiences.

• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces: Crafting user journeys through mockups and prototypes, with high standards in usability, accessibility, and visual coherence.

• Continuously improve the design system and design practices: Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the design system and workflows, guided by user feedback, product goals, and industry standards.

Your profile

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in both UX and UI design, creating seamless user experiences with efficient interactions.

• Strong experience working with cross-functional product teams and a deep understanding of the Discovery process.

• Fluent in English, with a very good level in German or French
