Your role
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that directly support our business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue, user engagement, or cost efficiencies).
Recruit and hire top engineering talent, building a strong talent pipeline to ensure the right technical and cultural fit for the organization.
Tech-Stack
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Container (Docker/Kubernetes)
Git-based workflows & CI/CD (e.g., ARGO CD, GitHub Actions)
Basic knowledge of OpenTelemetry or other observability tools

Job requirements
Your profile
2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with a proven track record of delivering impactful, business-driven solutions.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern engineering practices like continuous integration and delivery.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Your mindset
Solution-oriented – You take ownership, navigate complexity, and drive effective solutions while keeping priorities and timelines in check.
Curious – You ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and promote best practices across the team.
User-centric – You combine data insights with empathy to make product decisions that truly serve customer needs.
