celebrate digital printing, part of celebrate company, is an award-winning industry and innovation leader in digital printing, acting as in-house production for our sister companies and as a reliable digital printing partner for external B2B customers.

We are looking for a Workflow Engineer (m/f/d) who ensures the stability of our production and IT systems and continuously develops our workflows. You will work at the intersection of IT support, workflow automation and production with direct impact on the smooth operation of our processes. The role is location-bound to our production site in Villingen-Schwenningen.

Your role

  • Ensure stability of our production systems by quickly identifying and resolving disruptions while maintaining clear communication with the teams

  • Analyze recurring issues, document them and implement automation to provide long-term stability

  • Install, configure and maintain workstations, printing systems, networks and access management

  • Support tests of new workflows and product setups and collaborate closely with international teams and external partners

Tech-Stack

  • Enfocus Switch & Pitstop, API integrations, scripting

  • PHPStorm / VSCode, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, GitHub/Bitbucket, Slack

  • Networking fundamentals (IP management, VLANs, routing)

  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V), automation platforms (e.g. N8N), cloud technologies (AWS) and modern printing systems (HP Indigo / Fuji Ecosystem)

Job requirements

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT or workflow support, ideally in the printing or prepress industry

  • Understanding of production processes and their technical dependencies

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Pragmatic – You find practical approaches that work under pressure and quickly stabilize systems.
