Inhouse Photographer (m/f/d) - limited maternity cover

We are looking for a creative Photographer (m/f/d) as parental leave cover for 10 months in Hamburg.

As part of our communications team, you bring the visual worlds of our brands kartenmacherei, Atelier Rosemood, and faireparterie to life. You are responsible for product photography and creative shoots for our stationery products, as well as post-production. You combine photographic expertise with curiosity for new technologies and actively explore creative applications of AI in image production.

The position is based in our Hamburg office where our photo studio is integrated (near Baumwall), with flexible home office options for post-production. Scope: 28–32 hours per week.

Your role

• Driving high-impact content creation by translating strategic marketing needs into compelling visual assets

• Exploration and leveraging of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for visual innovation and boosting creative workflow efficiency

• Execution of high-standard studio and on-location shoots, mastering production techniques to ensure optimal visual consistency

• Autonomous management of end-to-end projects, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines

Your profile

• Proven work experience in both studio and natural light photography, with a strong ability to style and stage products in an aesthetically appealing and brand-aligned way. Video experience is a plus

• Proficiency in postproduction tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, with hands-on experience using professional photo and video equipment and first experience with use of AI tools for visual storytelling

• Solid understanding of art direction and a track record of creating cohesive visaul narratives, especially through compelling advertising content for established brands
