Working Student Paid Social (m/f/d)

With our fast-growing brands faireparterie and Atelier Rosemood, we delight our customers in the French market with high-quality, lovingly crafted cards, photo books, and photo calendars.

We're looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our Paid Social team at kartenmacherei and support the conception, implementation, and optimization of our performance campaigns. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing Managers, Content Production, and Digital Designers to drive paid social advertising across our channels. This role is fully remote within Germany (100% home office).

Your role

• Support with the setup and optimization of performance campaigns across Paid Social, Display, and related channels

• Contribution to the conception of advertising materials optimized for marketing channels, in close collaboration with Content Production and Digital Designers

• Creation and preparation of campaign evaluations and performance reports for internal teams

• Analysis of customer needs, customer journeys, and evolving market requirements to independently derive targeted optimization measures for your campaigns

Your profile

• Initial hands-on experience in online marketing, particularly in Meta and Pinterest advertising

• Strong analytical thinking, numerical understanding, and a structured, independent work style

• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Data-driven – You enjoy digging into campaign data, building your own conclusions, and staying curious about industry trends to sharpen your optimization decisions.

• Hands-on – You proactively tackle tasks, independently turn ideas into action, and find pragmatic solutions to move campaigns forward.

• Creative – You develop fresh ideas for engaging ad concepts and bring new input to continuously evolve our Paid Social strategies.
