Working Student HR Focus People Services (m/f/d)

Our goal as the People Services team is to support, develop and inspire all our employees.

We would like to work with you to achieve these goals and are looking for a Working Student HR Focus People Services (m/f/d) to join our team starting in May and support us between 12 and 20 hours per week.

Your role

• Actively support the People Relations team in administrative and organizational matters and participate in operations to gain a deep understanding of HR

• Follow the latest HR trends and conduct regular research to optimize HR support and keep the team up to date

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of internal processes and actively participate in the HRM system

• Contribute your own ideas on HR topics and participate in exciting HR projects

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a similar subject with at least three semesters remaining

• Ideally first work experience in HR

• Excellent written and oral German and English language skills

• Open - You are a true team player and value a warm working relationship.

• Curious - You want to learn and like to think outside the box.
