With our approximately 60-member service team, we create great customer experiences for our brands. As Team Lead Customer Care (m/f/d), you will directly lead 10–15 customer service employees and play a key role in shaping and improving our customer experience - particularly for the brands kartenmacherei and Rosemood. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth operations, excellent service quality, and a positive team culture, while working with the leadership team on a service-oriented approach.

Your role

  • Leading a team of 10-15 employees, fostering personal and professional development, and ensuring service quality

  • Optimizing workflows, setting standards for tools and quality, and ensuring effective collaboration with other teams

  • Ensuring transparent communication and continuous supply of the latest information to the team

  • Analyzing KPIs and deriving data-driven actions for the continuous improvement of service quality

Job requirements

Your profile

  • At least 3 years in a leadership role in customer service (e.g. complaints management, customer care), ideally in e-commerce

  • Experience in team leadership, fostering autonomy, and providing targeted coaching for employees

  • Fluent in German and English, with French language skills considered a plus
