Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) - Hybrid (Munich or Hamburg)

As a member of our 5-person recruiting team, you will take full responsibility for all recruiting efforts in the Tech and Digital Product areas. This position offers flexible remote work options; however, you should reside within a commutable distance to our Hamburg or Munich offices.

Your role

• Ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from briefing the vacancy to onboarding new colleagues, primarily in tech and digital product
• Professional sparring partner for our teams and hiring managers on all talent acquisition issues
• Responsibility for ensuring excellence in recruitment and an outstanding candidate experience by further optimizing methods, processes and tools and taking on cross-functional projects

Your profile

• At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience in a dynamic and international tech environment
• Familiarity with standard tech terminology, or at a minimum, a strong willingness to learn
• Fluent German and English skills

• Customer-centric - You understand what your clients and candidates need and constantly work to optimize their experience.
• Data-driven - Numbers are not foreign to you, and you are familiar with the key KPIs in recruiting.
