Strategic Purchasing Manager (m/f/d) Germany & France (Full-/Part-time)

With our printing facilities in Villingen-Schwenningen and Treillières, we act both as an in-house production facility for our brands kartenmacherei and Atelier Rosemood and as a reliable digital printing partner for our external B2B customers.

Now we are looking for you as Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) to develop and implement an inventory-optimized purchasing strategy for both production locations and identify synergies between our country-specific sourcing strategies. In this role, you can work full-time (40 hours) or part-time (from 25 hours). 

Your role

• Managing, fostering and building strategic and sustainable relationships with our approx. 80 suppliers and business partners in Germany and France
• Set up of an overall purchasing strategy based on sustainability, cost reduction and optimization
• Management of the operational purchasers and close cooperation with the finance department and other internal stakeholders
• Process optimization in terms of resources, materials and other goods to improve the value chain

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategic purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management
• Willingness to travel to each of our production sites once per month 
• Fluency in English and German

• Analytical - You understand complex information and make informed, data-driven decisions.
