Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) - parental leave cover for 12-15 months

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) as parental leave cover for 12-15 months, focusing on prioritizing our 5-person social media team and developing the social media strategy across our three brands.

Your role

• Overall responsibility for the performance of all organic marketing activities across our three brands, kartenmacherei, Rosemood, and faireparterie, including the ensurance of brand-aligned content strategies in close collaboration with each brand’s respective Social Media Managers
• Continuously monitor and analyze key KPIs to improve performance and optimize strategies based on current trends and the latest market developments
• Strategic planning and operational implementation of social media content for kartenmacherei on relevant channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
• Responsibility for brand-focussed content creation and execution of the kartenmacherei magazine

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience managing social media channels, ideally in brand management
• Experience in prioritizing team objectives and defining a strategic roadmap, as well as excellent writing skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
