Become part of our dynamic, seven-person product team and drive the development of our web shop and back office system.

Your role

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our webshop and back office applications, collaborating with engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to discover and develop new product opportunities.

• Continuously assess market trends, product performance, and customer feedback to make informed decisions about the product direction and roadmap. Develop and align product visions, KPIs, and OKRs with relevant stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholder relationships to keep everyone informed and aligned with your plans. Provide lateral leadership to your team, fostering trust and guiding decision-making while overseeing execution and adapting strategies as needed.

• Create and utilize analytics dashboards to monitor product performance and answer data-related questions. Structure team responsibilities, prioritise tasks, and navigate obstacles to ensure smooth execution and team motivation.

Your profile

• You are an eCommerce product manager with 3-5 years of experience, possessing expertise in webshop and back office systems. Experience with agile methodologies and early-stage startups is a plus.

• You have strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in tools necessary for product management and the ability to create and interpret analytics dashboards.

• You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
