We’re looking for a (Senior) Paid Social Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join our Performance Marketing Team and drive sustainable growth across our three core brands. You’ll focus on scaling and optimizing Meta and Pinterest campaigns, working closely with our creative and analytics teams.

The role is based remotely within Germany, with offices available in Hamburg, Munich, and in the Black Forest.

Your role

• Ownership for the development of paid social strategies and campaign optimizations across our three core brands, focusing on new customer growth and sustainable profitability

• Development and execution of creative concepts in close partnership with the in-house Digital Design team, including ideation, briefing, testing, and performance analysis

• Implementation of conversion lift studies, incrementality tests, and data-driven evaluations to identify clear growth levers and guide budget decisions

• Continuous performance monitoring, budget allocation, forecasting, and development of scaling and efficiency measures through structured routines

Your profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns in a data-driven e-commerce environment

• Strong analytical expertise, including familiarity with conversion lift models, incrementality, attribution logic, and creative testing methods

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, and confidence using Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Tableau, and Excel/Sheets
