Product Designer (m/f/d)

celebrate is a brand group with the mission to turn beautiful moments into lasting memories throughout Europe: with high quality stationery, photo products and special gift items. 

To develop our card and photo product creation tool. We are looking for a Product Designer (m/f/d), who will be a true architect of the user experience, guaranteeing the coherence and effectiveness of digital interfaces - working flexibly from home anywhere in Germany or from one of our offices in Hamburg, Munich, or Villingen-Schwenningen, either full-time or part-time.

Your role

• Independent execution of qualitative and quantitative user research: Responsible for identifying user needs, expectations, and pain points—with the objective of uncovering and solving the problems that truly matter.

• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and validate hypotheses: Working together to test ideas and iteratively design solutions—from initial exploration to fully developed user experiences.

• Designing intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces:  Using wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs as key tools to maintain a strong user-centered focus throughout the entire design process.

• Continuous evolution of our design system and design processes:  Ensuring consistent, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences—driven by user feedback and aligned with current industry standards.

Your profile

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in both UX and UI design, creating seamless user experiences with efficient interactions.

• Strong experience working with cross-functional product teams and a deep understanding of the Discovery process.

• Fluent English and German skills. Good level in French.
