Senior People Development Manager (m/f/d)

At the heart of our business are our people, who always come first. To support their growth and development, we are looking to strengthen our People team with a Senior People Development Manager (m/f/d).

Your role

• Responsibility for the career development and talent management of all employees, including the design and support of internal and external training programs and individual development initiatives
• Development and implementation of employee development policies and programs, such as leadership development or young talent programs, as well as the establishment of clearly defined career paths
• Optimization of existing employee development processes, including regular feedback and onboarding processes

Your profile

• At least 4 years of experience in people development in a modern environment, ideally within a new work culture
• Strong expertise in the strategic design of talent development initiatives, combined with project management skills for their implementation and scaling
• Fluent in English and German
