Your role

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our photo products by identifying new market opportunities and growth channels. Define clear, measurable goals and KPIs to maximise the impact of our marketing initiatives and significantly increase market share.
• Lead and prioritise a cross-functional team that includes SEA, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, Digital Design and CRM and foster the continuous development of team members in close coordination with their respective managers.
• Increase the effectiveness of processes by continuously optimising your team’s cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Brand, Content, Business Intelligence and Social Media.
• Take responsibility for the planning, execution, budgeting and continuous optimisation of performance-driven marketing campaigns across Paid Social, SEA, Influencer Marketing and CRM to achieve the best possible results.
• Use your expertise in push marketing to strengthen the team and work closely together to achieve ambitious goals.

• You bring a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in Push Marketing and/or CRM, with a focus on growth and performance.
• Analytical and data-driven, you excel at turning insights into action, continuously optimizing marketing efforts to meet ambitious targets.
• Strategic, creative, and a natural leader, you inspire teams to excel and are passionate about building brands that customers love.
