To support our 11-person cross-functional team, we are looking for a motivated all-rounder to provide operational support in category management. Your focus will be on maintaining and optimizing our product portfolio in the shop system, as well as assisting with the further development of our product assortment.
Your role
Responsibility for maintaining and optimizing the product portfolio in the shop system, including adding new items and implementing discount promotions, banners, and vouchers
Support in the further development of the product portfolio through performance analysis of individual products and categories, as well as market research activities such as trend analysis and customer interviews
Coordination and updating of the product list at the interface between the team and external partners such as logistics providers and printing companies
Contribution to product launches, e.g., by coordinating product images or SEO texts

Job requirements
Your profile
Initial experience in e-commerce, ideally in category management or shop management through an internship or working student position
Confident use of Google Sheets and Excel, as well as a strong affinity for digital tools
Fluent in German and proficient in English

Structured – You have a talent for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, setting the right priorities, and maintaining a careful and detail-oriented work approach.
Hands-on – In our small team, you enjoy getting involved, working operationally, and driving various topics forward in parallel.
Eager to learn – You quickly and flexibly familiarize yourself with new topics, ask proactive questions, and are motivated to continuously expand your knowledge in category management.
