Print Machine Operator / Printer (m/f/d)

celebrate digital printing, part of celebrate company, is an award-winning industry and innovation leader in digital printing, acting as in-house production for our sister companies and as a reliable digital printing partner for external B2B customers.

We're looking for a Print Machine Operator (m/f/d) to join our Printing team in Villingen-Schwenningen and support our growing print production. You will work independently on modern digital printing machines, ensuring that our personalized products are produced at the highest quality. The role is organized in a 3-shift model (early, late, and night shifts).

Your role

• Prioritization and coordination of print jobs in close alignment with the team and downstream production steps

• Independent setup, operation, and changeover of our digital printing machines (HP Indigo 18k, Xerox Iridesse, Fujifilm Revoria) for varying, personalized print runs

• Quality assurance through continuous monitoring of print results as well as selection and replenishment of paper and consumables

• Regular machine maintenance at daily, monthly, and yearly intervals as well as coating and foil finishing work

Your profile

• Completed training as a print media technologist or in a comparable technical field, ideally with experience in digital printing on large-format machines

• Technical understanding paired with a careful, quality-conscious, and structured way of working

• Fluent German skills and willingness to work in a 3-shift model

• Precise – You work conscientiously and have a trained eye for print quality, even when jobs and materials change frequently

• Flexible – You enjoy adapting to varying print runs, products, and machine configurations, and see variety as a strength of your daily work

• Team-oriented – You coordinate openly with your colleagues and downstream departments to keep the production flow running smoothly
